You can choose your kimono from 50 designs for women and 10 for men, as well as from over 50 coordinating obi accessories. Children's sizes are also available, and families are welcome. Naturally, commemorative photos are available in the store, and customers who go sightseeing or to eat wearing their kimono receive their photos for free. They'll even look after your luggage. The store also has a souvenir corner with kimono accessories and popular Japanese local goods, as well as space to enjoy Japanese tea.

What is OBI?

  • An obi is an accessory to hold the kimono to the body. They typically have a delicate, beautiful design and colour, reflecting the strength of Japanese craftsmanship, and there are a wide variety of designs and tying methods. The overall effect of the kimono changes depending on the type and tying method of the obi, so many people are very particular about them. Dressing well means arranging the knot well and using accessories such as sash clips or obi kazari.
