National Museum of Ethnology which has a function of museum has a laboratory which opened in part of Expo'70 Commemorative Park about cultural anthropology ・ethnology, and collect・expose those results. There is familiar as Minpaku. Scholars inspect・investigate about every part of the world for many years, and they display ・introduce various ethnic culture of everyday life from about 280000 of collected items from local. Display in the main building has a areas display, such as, Oceania, America, Europe, Africa, Asia, and so on, and display of leading to the culture with music, and so on. When you go around the exhibition hall, you can feel various ethnic people familiar. They hold special exhibitions・exhibitions few times a year.

University and high school student: 250 yen
Junior high school student or younger: Free
*Charge of special exhibition is determined at each case.
*Charge for high school student on every Saturday is free.

Parking : Use at Banpakukinen park「front of Japanese garden parking」( weekdays 800yen Saturaday,Sunday,holiday 1200yen)
Discount for the disabled : People who have a handicapped person's passbook, one caregiver per handicapped person is free.
Discount for the aged : Discount(need certificate)
