Shiba Ryotaro Memorial Museum

Memorial opened in 2001 to convey the spirit of the writer Shiba Ryotaro who sent a lot of his work to the world such as "Gaido wo yuku" and "Komyo ga tsuji" and died suddenly in 1996.
The site is about 2,600 square meters and located adjacent to Shiba's home and a memorial of Ando Tadao design.
Spread a small garden of copse after going through the main gate, tour the study where the atmosphere was saved as when he was writing
There is a huge bookshelf (11 meters high) with 20,000 books at a museum,
There is also an exhibition corner, such as manuscripts and paintings by himself, and a video corner of showing his old days.
