Outline With a 36,000-tsubo (approx. 30-acre) area of natural beauty, the extensive Nanrakuen agricultural park has many seasonal flowers and fruits.
The orange-picking program will begin in October.
Since winning the Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Minister’s Prize, the park’s proud juicy mandarin oranges are very popular among fruit lovers.
Visitors to the park can enjoy various other attractions, such as fishing, field athletics and barbecuing.

- Opening hours: 10:00 – 16:00 (17:00 in summer)
- Harvesting of other produce
Grapes: early August – mid-September
Potatoes: early September – late October
Chestnuts: late September – early October
