With a history of over 70 years, Morishige is one of the leading, well-established doll shops in Osaka. Its doll coordinator Heian Shunpo produces original dolls for Japanese traditional children's festivals, under the brands of "Kanki bina (lit. Rejoicing hina dolls)" for girls and "Kanki yoroi/kabuto (lit. Rejoicing samurai dolls dressed in armor and helmet)" for boys. The shop also offers a variety of original hina dolls for girls and "gogatsu-ningyo" dolls for boys, along with other traditional Japanese dolls such as Ichimatsu dolls, Hakata dolls and Kyoto dolls, as well as "hago-ita" battledores and "hamaya" good-luck arrows sold in the new year.
