Terms of use

When using any of the photos from the "Free Photo Library", please follow the rules listed bellow.

1. Always include the following credit (title and URL) in which you use the photos.

2. Send the following information to photo@octb.jp

Name of company or group
Period of usage (specific date)
Outline of contents
Person in charge (company name/position/name)
Contact (address/tel/fax/email)

In case the terms are not met, or we cannot confirm the information, we will be charging for the usage of the photos, even if they are from the "Free Photo Library".
The photos shown here are just a part of our entire collection. So if you can't find what you are looking for please contact us at photo@octb.jp for more samples.

*Sites that have any of the following content is prohibited to use any of the photos: sites showing pornography, obscene material, slandering or abusing any individual or group, or anything similar; sites using international phone lines or pay information calls; sites considered to be illegal; sites that link to any of the mentioned material or have banners that link to them.
