Kiyomizuzaka

It's is located in the North of Arisuzan Kiyomizu Temple and it's located between the and Osaka Seiko Gakuin and the Kiyomizu Temple. Also, this is one of the Tennouji Nanasaka /the Seven Slopes of Tennoji(Shingon-zaka, Genshoji-zaka, Kuchinawa-zaka, Aizen-zaka, Kiyomizu-zaka, Tenjin-zaka, and Ou-saka). This slope is called by this name because it is in the North side of the Kiyomizu Temple, It is very beautiful cobblestoned wide slope and spacious. "Tama de no Taki-waterfall of Tamade"flowing from the precincts of the cliff of Kiyomizu Temple is located on the south side of the hill which imitating a "Otowa noTaki-waterfall of Otowa" of Kyoto Kiyomizu Temple is only a waterfall in Osaka city. This area is known for a famous spring from old days and Masui, Ousaka,Tamate, Yasui ,Arisu(Tosa),Kinryu, Kamei no Shimizu are called the seven famous water. A poet/Matsuo Basho visited near this area and left the phrase Matsukaze ya Noki wo Megurite Aki Kurenu. There is a stone monument with his poem in Seiko Gakuin(Basho En ) near Kiyomizuzaka.
