The museum displays and sells cutlery, and offers visitors a chance to view all the manufacturing processes performed by professional craftsmen, including smith forging and sharpening. Visitors can learn to sharpen the cutlery themselves on Saturdays and Sundays. *No reservations are required for individual viewing. Those visitors who want to watch the sharpening demonstration on weekdays should make reservations at least two weeks in advance by telephone. Reservations are also required for explanations.
