Located to the left after exiting via the Shinkansen central ticket barriers at Shin-Osaka Station, the center is convenient when you want information upon your arrival by Shinkansen.

Osaka Visitors’ Information Center, Umeda

Located Central concourse north side (in Tourist Board Information Centre railway) of JR Osaka Station., the Center provides information on the Umeda area and Osaka City.

Osaka Visitors’ Information Center, Namba

Located conveniently for tourists and open every day except year end and New Year, the center is conveniently situated for exploring Osaka.

Osaka Visitors’ Information Center, Tennoji

Located a short distance to the north after exiting via the central ticket barriers at JR Tennoji Station. The center provides information on the areas around the station and on Osaka City in general.

Kansai Tourist Information Center

Located in the International Arrivals Lobby on the 1st floor of the Passenger Terminal Building of Kansai International Airport. Advice to tourists is available in English, and at limited times in Korean and Chinese.
